Kelli Clark, Owner. Kelli is the founder of Conscious Food Company. A Doctor of Physical Therapy by trade, Kelli has always believed in the value of movement and exercise but recognizes the pivotal role food plays in fueling our bodies. She started Conscious Food Company because she believes in the power of quality food but recognizes the time consuming task that cooking a great tasting and great-for-you meal can be.

Elizabeth Clark, Operations and Customer Service Manager. Liz is a Jack of all trades! With over 30 years experience in human resources, Liz recruits and hires our team members, maintains payroll, and quarterbacks all training and team development. In addition, she oversees the entire progress from ordering to delivery to make sure the client has the BEST experience. When Liz isn’t busy being Super Manager, she can be found working with vulnerable youth and families in crisis or spending time with her family.
Kasey Litts, Kitchen Lead. Kasey is our go-to kitchen queen! Her relationship with food started with helping her mom in the kitchen whenever she would let her. Kasey loved being in the kitchen, making something with her that she knew would be delicious and that they could enjoy together. So, it only seemed natural to work in the food industry pursuing what she loves as a career. Kasey has been working professionally with food for almost five years now.
